Director of Support Services

Middle School at Yeshivat Noam, Paramus, NJ

Mrs. Stephanie Beneson has been hired as the new Middle School Director of Support Services at Yeshivat Noam. 

 Mrs. Beneson is a current Yeshivat Noam Middle School support teacher, teaching small support groups in English and Math for the past three years. In addition, Mrs. Beneson has been part of the Middle School admissions team, testing students applying to Yeshivat Noam. Prior to joining Yeshivat Noam, Mrs. Beneson served as a special education teacher at Yeshiva K’tana in Passaic from 2008-2021 and as a teacher in the Stephen Gaynor School from 2006-2007. Mrs. Beneson is trained in Orton Gillingham and holds a Masters Degree in General and Special Education from Bank Street College of Education.  

Mrs. Beneson is a dedicated Special Education professional, focused on building students’ strengths and confidence. She is skilled at addressing each student’s needs and creating engaging lessons to target specific strengths. She excels at identifying students’ learning styles and adapting materials to meet their needs. Mrs. Beneson fosters a supportive learning environment to help students with social, emotional, and academic growth. She is committed to collaboration between parents and teachers to implement personalized instruction and assistance to students to ensure academic success. Mrs. Beneson is beloved by her students and the entire faculty.
